Did 40 miles Saturday and 25 Sunday. great weather,, after the rain Sunday. Good crowds,
no shootings, good music, plenty tourist, limited where you can go on a bike, followed some Pedicabs around, they go everywhere. Found the new path in City Park, 1mile track, nice, has water fountains and a bathroom. WOW!. Protected by anti Coyote ultrasonic, gamma ray , repellent. Works, I didn't see any Coyote's. Lakefront is closed off for repairs, needs it, lot of mud on the Drive. The best act I saw at the fest was 2 young men on a corner (St Ann and Chartres ?) one playing the drums and the other playing a Sitar like Ravi Shankar. Sounded Great. Stopped to check on my blackberries hidden along the river . Their coming up , won't be long.. Click on the Picture for an enlargement .
