OK,,, 35 miles Friday night,, 70 Miles Saturday, and 60 miles Sunday.
Almost ready , 3 weeks left to MS Tour, Get my number next Wednesday.
Wanted to adventure Saturday, got up early, W Napoleon  to Metairie Rd, to City Park Ave, to Orleans Ave,, to St Claude, across the Canal on the Bridge of Terror, 
St Claude to St Bernard Highway, Past Arabi, Chalmette, Mereaux, Violet , headed to Shell Beach but stopped at the Surge Barrier about 10 miles short of Shell Beach.  Running out of Food and Drink.  Started with 4 Gatorades, a nutella sandwich, a banana, some jelly beans, had to stop and buy 2 more gatorades and something sweet and chocolate ,70 miles.  Sunday toured Treme,  St Rock,
Marigny,  MLK Blvd, Simon Bolivar, The River ,The Lakefront, and finally Freret and Second looking for a shotgun my grandma stayed in a while, 60 Miles.
Friday night was the usual trip to the quarter, Canal St, and back....
No philosophy this trip , just pedal pumping.
Don't know if my legs are strong enough but they have a nice tan.
